Nephew Tommy has built a career that encompasses radio, television, film and more. His role as co-host of the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show puts him in front of a live radio audience of more than 8 million listeners daily. He also has a loyal following as a stand-up comedian and has earned a reputation for wowing crowds. For the past few years he has been the exclusive Mainstage host for the Essence Festival in New Orleans, and he continues to keep the fans laughing as he tours nationally to sold out crowds across the country.

Kier “Junior” Spates has traveled the globe with such greats as Aretha Franklin, Lyfe Jennings, Musiq Soulchild, Frankie Beverly and Maze, Gerald Levert, Anita Baker and Anthony Hamilton. Spates has also had many on-screen television appearances including BET’s “Comic View” and “Getting Paid,” both of which received rave reviews.
